Hi, I’m Julia!

I’m a public health nutritionist and registered dietitian dedicated to helping you feel strong, resilient, and confident in your body at every stage of life. With a Master of Science in Nutrition Science from Boston University and clinical training at a Level 1 trauma and safety‑net hospital, I bring both evidence-based expertise and real-world experience to my work.

My career has centered on clinical research, keeping me deeply connected to the latest in nutrition science. What I love most, though, is translating that knowledge into practical, sustainable strategies that help people thrive.

My passion for nutrition grew from my own athletic journey—from basketball and track to powerlifting and now triathlon training. I know firsthand that food is more than fuel; it’s a tool for strength, resilience, connection, and joy. That belief shapes my approach: helping you break through barriers, reconnect with your body, and feel at ease with the way you nourish yourself.
