Fueling for the sport of life

Julia Trifan MS, RD

Hi, I’m Julia! I’m a registered dietitian here to help you feel strong, resilient, and confident in your body, no matter what stage of life you’re in. As a speaker, counselor, and coach, my passion is teaching people how to support their bodies through nutrition while building habits that last and help them thrive.

I earned my Master of Science in Nutrition Science from Boston University and completed my clinical training at a Level 1 trauma and safety-net hospital in Boston, MA. Through my work in clinical research, I stay up to date on the latest in nutrition science, but what excites me most is translating that knowledge into real-life strategies that work for my clients.

My love for nutrition began with my own journey as an athlete. From basketball and track to powerlifting and now triathlon training, I’ve learned that food is more than fuel—it’s a tool for building strength, resilience, connection, and joy. That mindset shapes the way I work: helping you break through barriers, discover what your body is capable of, and feel at peace with the way you nourish yourself.

Whether you’re chasing a race PR, navigating pregnancy and postpartum, or simply wanting to feel better day-to-day, I’ll meet you where you are. My approach is compassionate, supportive, and trauma-informed, because nutrition should not be a source of stress. Together, we’ll build practical strategies that honor your body, fit your life, and leave you feeling confident, capable, and at ease in your own skin.
